Use formal language and tone. Do not use 'How are you?' Do not add in your own information. Stick to simple sentences and phrases for both composition and situational writing to minimise your mistakes. No short forms or informal words please!
Answer the points directly and specifically! There must be a flow and link. Take note of how you start off for your report writing and letters.
