Looking at cells through the microscope

Dear students,

In today's science lesson, we covered the parts and functions of a microscope. It is extremely important to be able to label the parts on the microscope and to identify the functions of the parts. Please take note.

We have also have hands-on experience in using the microscope to view some small samples of cells. Next week, we will look at a range of plant cells in detail and finish up the activity book.

Homework for today

- Science worksheet on microscope, questions 2 and 3 only! Pass up tomorrow (12th Jan)

Today's shout out

- A very happy birthday to Li Ying.
